Meet The Trainers

JP Zengerle

jpzengerleJP has had a passion for fitness and pushing his body to the limit his entire life. Being an elite wrestler; the rigorous training, competitiveness,mental focus and dedication, inspired him to not only want to continue his own training but to push others to do the same. In New York, he was a New York State place winner as well as an Empire State games Gold medalist and 2 time national qualifier.

JP is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and received his BA in Physical Education. He is currently completing his Masters Degree in Sport Fitness and Health at the United States Sports Academy. From his studies, JP has advanced knowledge in diet and nutrition and how it affects human performance. JP has worked as a fitness trainer for over 5 years. He has worked with people of various fitness levels, ranging from severely obese clients to elite athletes.

As an Amped Fitness trainer, he specializes in weight loss, sport specific training, strength training, and nutrition. His goals are to motivate and educate people beyond limits they even thought were possible. He believes that his clients can do anything they put their mind to. He wants his clients walking away each day knowing the physical as well as mental benefits of overall fitness.

Brett Ricker

brettrickerBrett has been enthusiastic about fitness his entire life which inspired him to become a personal fitness trainer. Brett is a WITS certified personal fitness trainer and has trained clients of all levels for over 4 years.

Brett is now an Amped Fitness trainer and loves working with other people and loves nothing more than to watch them attain their fitness goals. Clients often declare that they love to “Sweat with Brett”. He specializes in weight loss, building muscle, full body transformations, and overall health and fitness. His goal is to encourage his clients to obtain fitness levels far greater than they thought they could ever achieve.

 

Nicole Zengerle

nicolebradleyNicole has been an avid fitness enthusiast her entire life. Nicole’s dedication to fitness and training is apparent by her vast knowledge and various trainings. Originally trained in Pavel’s Russian Kettlebell Style; Nicole was recently certified as a kettlebell teacher through the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation (IKFF). She also received certifications in Body Pump from Les Mills and SPINNING.

Nicole’s goal is to inspire, motivate and push clients to their potential. She hopes to challenge people so they can see the many rewards that fitness has to offer. Feeling and being in the best physical condition is what Nicole strives for herself and for others.

Nicole also has a BA in Elementary Education with a Minor in Psychology and a Masters in Literacy and Reading. Nicole values learning as well as teaching.
